Mill House, just a short walk from Mill Street, is a 4500 sq ft circa 1856 home featuring beautiful woodwork, 11 foot ceilings and a wrap around porch. This home provides just the right ambiance for special events up to 50 guests such as showers, rehearsal dinners and cocktail parties.

The Meeting House is our main indoor event space. Originally a 19th century timber frame, this barn has been updated with amazing architectural details and beautiful treasures from the property.

Campbell Mill is the tallest structure in Utica and was the building for storage, grinding and mixing of grains took place. This space is perfect for cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and additional reception space with its front and back decks and views of the lawn, waterfall and operating water wheel.

Mill Pond Lawn is a beautiful option for an outdoor wedding and provides many photo opportunities.
