The Mill Street property offers a variety of options for your wedding or special event.
The Meeting House is our main indoor event space. Originally a 19th century timber frame, this barn has been updated with amazing architectural details and beautiful treasures from the property.
Campbell Mill is the tallest structure in Utica and was the building where the storage, grinding and mixing of grains took place. This space is perfect for cocktail parties, rehearsal dinners and additional reception space with its front and back decks and views of the lawn, waterfall and operating water wheel.
Mill Pond Lawn is a beautiful option for an outdoor wedding and provides many photo opportunities.
Mill Loft is a converted space on the upper two floors of Campbell Mill. It has been turned into guest quarters with two bedrooms, two baths, a great room and kitchenette.
The Distillery is is a micro-distillery and will be open to the public in May 2022. Distillery tours and tastings can be added to any event packages.
Mill House, just a short walk from Mill Street, is a 4500 sq ft circa 1856 home featuring beautiful woodwork, 11 foot ceilings and a wrap around porch. This home provides just the right ambiance for special events up to 40 guests such as showers, rehearsal dinners and cocktail parties.

01What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor wedding ceremony?
Mill Street has various indoor and outdoor options to accommodate your ceremony and reception. Your package secures your use of the entire property.
02Can we bring our own food and alcohol?
Mill Street is a fully licensed facility with full bar staffing and our clients are required to purchase their alcohol packages from us. In addition, we work with an array of caterers from our family of vendors who can customize menus for your individual needs.
03Do you offer accommodations?
Mill Street offers unique accommodations on site and at our Mill House. In addition, Utica is within 15 minutes of Johnstown, Granville, Mount Vernon and Newark, all towns with various accommodation options. Columbus is just a 30-45 minute drive.
04Can we host a rehearsal dinner or after wedding brunch at Mill Street?
Absolutely! We have many large and intimate spaces for your specific needs.
05Where can I find pricing information and arrange a tour?

06Do you host other events besides weddings?
We have the capability to have events of all kinds, including: corporate events, meetings, holiday parties, dinner parties, showers, birthdays, etc. All celebrations are welcome at Mill Street.
07How can wedding parties access the distillery?
Mill Street’s Event Coordinator can arrange tours and tastings for wedding parties as part of your event.
